Can anyone share the email of the managing director for a complaint? My son just found out that his dog has a retained testicle that needs to be taken out. This company is saying it’s just preventative or cosmetic, which is totally absurd. My son didn’t want to castrate his dog; this issue has come up and now it requires treatment. Just a heads up that this is buried in the fine print, and if your pet faces this, you won’t be covered! Insurance isn’t cheap, and my son pays a hefty amount, the max he can manage on his salary, and now this - I’m really appalled.
